This week in STEM we pretended that Olaf from Frozen was going on a trip and he doesn't want to melt.
The children had to design a structure that stopped Olaf from melting.
Using only the materials provided:
Bubble wrap
Newspaper
Baking Paper
Cling wrap
Foil
Before starting they had to measure the L and W of Olaf (Ice cube) then put Olaf in front a variety of heat sources. Ranging from a torch to the sun. They then measured moisture loss and remeasured the L and W to see the physical change.
